A Retreat Day that Rarely Happens

On the first Monday of the month I have scheduled on my Outlook to take a work retreat day to pray, read, and refocus myself for the coming month. However, it seems like when those days come I just end up getting too busy with work that it doesn't happen. That's what is happening today. Lord, give me the time to sloooow down.
